YR8102 is a wireless router, and its wired interface acts as WAN interface to use. It can be connected to modem with reticle, and also be used as the supplement of wired LAN, so as to achieve the wireless access function of wired LAN, and plug and play.
Under this model, the DHCP server of YR8102 acquiescently unlock.
Application environment: ordinary family, office
2. Wireless Repeater Model
YR8102 is used to extend the wireless signal’s coverage area of existed AP or wireless router. Under this model, wired interface is used as the LAN interface to use, and the computer can be connected to YR8102 by the wired or wireless way. At the moment, YR8102’s SSID is the SSID of leading end router which is relaying connected. Under this model, DHCP server of YR8102 is closed.
Application environment: large area place, double building
3. Wired Bridge Model
YR8102 is used to extend the wireless signal’s coverage area of router. Under this model, wired interface is used as the WAN interface to use, and it is connected to the LAN interface of leading end router. Computer can be connected to YR8102 by the wireless way. Under this model, YR8102’s DHCP server is closed.
